RECIPE PREPARATION Eggs in the oven:

Wash the tomato, cut it into round slices, suitable for thick ones.

Cut each piece of cheese in half, widthwise.

Grease four forms of muffins (I used aluminum) with olive oil.

Put a slice of tomato, a piece of cheese and lightly break an egg in each shape.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, a little pepper and herbs from Provence.

Heat the oven, adjust a suitable temperature and put eggs in the oven, place the muffin tins on a tray. Leave them in the oven for 12 to 14 minutes, depending on how soft you want them.


I checked them after 12 minutes and the egg white was slightly soft and I left them for another two minutes.

We take them out when they're ready. Serve hot, simple, with a salad, a cup of yogurt and whatever else you like.

Put the tray in the oven and wait for the eggs to bake. It can take about 15 to 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the onion into thin rings (only the green part) and one of the lettuce leaves into thin strips.

Remove the buns with cheese and egg on lettuce leaves, garnish with lettuce strips, green onion rings and radish halves.

I made these chicken breast slices, but you can apply the same method to the thighs.
