4 halves of boneless and skinless chicken breast
2 beaten eggs
1 can pesmet
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 jar of spaghetti sauce
115 g mozzarella cheese.

Method of preparation:

1. Heat the oven.

2. After you have beaten the meat well with the hammer, soak the chicken breast in beaten eggs and breadcrumbs.

3. Heat the olive oil in a pan.

4. Fry the chicken breast until browned on both sides.

5. Pour the spaghetti sauce into a small pan or baking tray. Place the chicken breast over the sauce and sprinkle the cheese (mozzarella and parmesan) on top.

6. Bake the pan for 15 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.

We put over the pieces of chest a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt, freshly ground pepper (if you want it more flavorful you can add thyme, oregano, herbs of Provence). We mix them lightly by hand so that the oil encloses them and carries with it the aromas of the spices. Heat the grill well and prepare the chicken breast slices.

Serve the tender, red and fragrant breast with a creamy and delicate broccoli puree. Good appetite!

Put the egg, ricotta cheese, salt, flour and nutmeg in a bowl. Stir, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Form the noodles with a spoon on the edge of the bowl. Immerse the spoon in the boiling water. Put the noodles & icircn in boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes after they appear on the surface of the water.

And I don't think I'll hear any soon, and even if I do, I'm sure I won't try. Crude has only 10 grams of carbohydrates, but by not knowing what miracle to boil ends up the unfortunate to have 20. Unhappy us, in fact, that we must avoid it. You will realize that for a kilogram of boiled potatoes, we are dealing with 200 grams of carbohydrates. Fortunately, I have nothing else to add. We were less greedy this time and made a total of 6 servings. So at least 35 grams of carbs per serving and go directly to the forbidden area or that accessible only occasionally.

Pan-fried chicken breast with broccoli and sour cream sauce
