Method of preparation

Beat the egg whites with the salt, using the whisk, gradually add the sugar and beat vigorously until the composition hardens, then incorporate in turn: the yolks, the oil and the yoghurt, stirring circularly so as not to leave the composition.

At the end we add the essence and flour in the rain.

For the filling: wash and wipe the apples well, and with the help of a knife with a sharp tip (or with a special utensil) remove the stalks.

Grease the bowl with butter, place the apples in it, sprinkle cinnamon over them and fill the inside with pieces of shit.

Pour the top composition over them and level.

Connect the multicooker to the power supply, press the MENU button and select the BAKE program.

Press the Temperature button and select 180 degrees, then from the COOKING TIME button select 50 minutes.

@Mihaela, the butter / margarine mixture with biscuits must have the consistency of a slightly crumbly countertop, without burning. Try to keep the fire a little lower. There is a big difference between a gas oven, a cylinder oven or an electric one. I made the cake in the oven at the bottle. Another option, if you like it and you want to try it at least once, use Rama margarine ... my mother-in-law only makes margarine, I also tried it with butter. I hug you dearly!

Oreo biscuit cake without baking


450 g of Oreo biscuits (you can, of course, use another brand of biscuits with cream, just make sure it has a similar texture)
70 g of melted butter
250 g of cream cheese
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
250 ml of liquid cream
1 sachet of pudding + milk needed to prepare it

Method of preparation:

Crust: To make the crust, put the biscuits in a bag and then grind them with a rolling pin. Don't bother to get a fine powder! It is preferable for the biscuits to be crushed, but for a few pieces to remain. You can leave aside a few tablespoons of crushed biscuits to decorate at the end, and put the rest in a tray of about 20X30 cm. Add the melted butter, mix well until all the biscuits are soaked in butter, then press them with your fingers until you get a crust, then put the tray in the fridge.

Cheese layer: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese well with the powdered sugar until it is completely incorporated. Separately beat the whipped cream. When it has hardened, put half aside, and in the rest incorporate the cream cheese beaten with powdered sugar. Add the layer of cheese over the crust obtained in step 1 above and put the tray back in the fridge.

8. Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder. Initially mix with a spatula, then knead the dough with your hands. It must be homogeneous, smooth, soft and non-sticky.

9. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Wrap them in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

10. Prepare the yogurt cream: beat the egg whites with the mixer until they become frothy. Gradually add the lemon juice and sugar (in 3-4 steps) to them, continuing to mix them until persistent peaks appear.

11.Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice and cornstarch, using the whisk.

12. Gradually incorporate (in 3-4 steps) the egg white foam into the yogurt composition, mixing with a spatula, in circular motions, oriented from bottom to top.

13.Assemble the cake: line the tray with baking paper. Spread with your hands the larger piece of dough on its bottom so that you get a uniform top.

14. Spread the apple filling on the counter.

15.Then pour the yogurt cream over it. Spread it evenly, turning the tray a few times.

16.Put the smaller piece of dough through the large grater, spreading it on the surface of the cream.

17. Bake the cake for 45-50 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C‌.

18. Allow the cake to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
