We let the pie sheets thaw.

When they have thawed, we open them and cover them with a towel.

Prepare a round tart or cake tray, preferably with detachable parts.

We grind the feta cheese with a fork and mix it with the cottage cheese. There is no need to make pasta if they are still delicious.

Add the sugar, eggs and semolina and mix again in the cheese.

If the cottage cheese is not very well squeezed then put 2 tablespoons of semolina.

Melt the butter.

We start assembling the pie:

-Grease the bottom of the pan well with butter

-take a sheet of pie and grease it with butter

-we place it in the tray leaving the edges out and do the same with the rest of the sheets,

-we have 2 sheets left to make the lid

-over the sheets placed in the tray and greased with butter, pour the cheese mixture

- level it with a spoon

-remove the ends from the pie sheets, one by one and grease them with butter, so we will cover the cheese

-when we have finished turning all the ends, we make the lid from the two remaining sheets

-Grease them with butter, fold them in half and cover the composition

- we stick the edges next to the tray walls

-Grease the top with butter and put in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Until the pie is baked in the oven, we will prepare the syrup:

-scrape the peel of a lemon

-heat the honey and mix it with lemon peel.

When the pie is ready, it can be served, it is good hot, but also cold.

Cut slices of pie and put the honey syrup on top.
