Leave on low heat, stirring, until the cheeses melt and a sauce is formed. After 2 minutes add the pasta and mix well. Put the pasta on plates and serve immediately.

250 gr fresh cow's cheese
250 gr telemea (or feta)
3 eggs
1 cup milk (250 ml)
1 pack of pie sheets
a few tablespoons of oil
4-5 tablespoons yogurt (or sana, whipped milk or sour cream with a little milk to have the consistency of yogurt)

Method of preparation

Beat the eggs well, add the milk and beat until smooth, then add the cottage cheese and the crushed telemea. Season with 1-2 pinches of pepper. Mix, obtaining a composition that has the consistency of a cream.

Grease a 20x30 cm tray with oil. The tray is half the size of a pie sheet. The easiest way is to make the layers using sheets folded in half in width, they fit snugly, they don't have to be cut.

We start building the pie: a sheet of pie folded in half, sprinkle with oil (including between the two rows), then another sheet folded in half and sprinkle with oil again (when I say sprinkle it means to insert a fork in oil and drip on the sheet) . Now we have 4 layers of sheets in the tray. Next the filling: put 2 polishes on the sheets and level with the back of a spoon. Repeat the layers until you finish the filling, finishing with a layer of pie sheets. Place the last sheets slightly off-center, and push the edges down with the tail of a fork to seal the filling inside.

The last layer of pie sheets is pricked with a fork on the whole surface, sprinkled with oil, then greased with plenty of yogurt.

Bake in the preheated oven at 200C for about 50 minutes, until golden brown on top. During baking, the pie swells quite a bit, but is left when you take it out.

I told you a few days ago how hard I was thinking about the shepherd's pie. Not the other way around, but when you make a lamb leg cooked slowly in the oven, you can't help but consider this pie.   • 600 gr. slow cooked honey steak
  • 450 gr. mexican mixture of frozen vegetables
  • 1 leek thread
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ½ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • 250-300 ml. water or vegetable soup
  • salt and pepper to taste

Mashed potatoes:

  • 1 kg. potatoes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 100 gr. butter
  • 3-4 tablespoons milk (optional)
  • 50 gr. parmesan race

Preparation method:

1 First, peel the potatoes and boil them in a bowl with cold water. After boiling, add a little salt and cook for about 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the prepared cubes. Considering that this time we use lamb from tender steak prepared slowly the day before, the preparation of the mashed potato topping takes the longest. Chop the meat strips into the right pieces and set aside.

2 Almost anything can be used for the vegetable combination, only carrots and peas are not missing. Another plus I think comes from the corn kernels, so I recommend this Mexican mixture of frozen vegetables. It has carrots, peas, green beans, corn and bell peppers. 3 Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and lightly sauté the leeks and onions, chopped appropriately. Add the minced meat and let it heat for a few minutes then chop two cloves of garlic and put them over the meat. Let it soften for a few seconds then add the Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add 2 tablespoons of flour and mix well.

4 Add 250-300 ml. of water or vegetable soup. Add the mixture of frozen vegetables and sprinkle half a teaspoon of thyme and dried oregano. Season with salt and pepper, then turn down the heat and cook until the vegetables are soft. In 10-15 minutes the sauce will reduce and the vegetable filling will be ready.

5 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / 200 ° C on gas and prepare almost a heat-resistant tray. Drain the water from the potatoes, add the butter and prepare the puree. If you feel that it is too strong and will not be easy to distribute with a pos, you can put a few extra tablespoons of milk, but it can be decorated just as nicely with a fork. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and adjust the taste of salt and pepper. Pour the filling into the pan and place the wonderful mashed potatoes on top.

6 Bake the shepherd's pie for 25-30 minutes and serve it preferably hot. Anyway, I don't think you can refrain from this appetizing smell of pie with an excellent crispy mashed crust au gratin on top. And the taste is incredible, I assure you.
