Chicken ciulama

The meat is washed and boiled over medium heat. When it is cooked, take it out and leave it to cool. The meat comes off the bone.

Peel the onion and finely chop. Put in a pot with a little oil and cook. Add the meat and a little juice in which the meat was boiled.

Mix the sour cream with a little flour and put it in the pot with the meat. Mix and add a little salt and thyme.

Boil over low heat until thickened.

At the end, add the chopped parsley.
