I propose another appetizer recipe that I discovered at Maya. If you like smoked salmon, you have to try it :).
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 4 eggs
- 200 g cream cheese with greens
- 100 g sour cream
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Salmon roll with cheese:
We grind the salmon with the help of the food processor. Beat eggs and mix with chopped salmon.
Pour the composition into the tray (25x35 cm) lined with baking paper.
Bake at the right heat for 10-12 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese with the sour cream and dill. Grease the sheet with cream cheese and roll it lightly.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for a few hours.
After sitting in the fridge, cut 1 cm slices and serve with great appetite :).
Salmon roll with cream cheese, avocado and sesame seeds
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the green (finely chopped) chives. Sprinkle with lemon juice and add avocado. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth paste.
Place a large sheet of cling film on the counter and arrange 6 slices of salmon in the center, slightly overlapping to form a rectangle, just as it is in the package. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture with avocado over the salmon slices. Sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds.
Roll tightly with the foil and twist the ends to tighten the roll (do not wrap the plastic in the roll). Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 hours or preferably overnight. With a sharp knife, lightly slice into thick slices. Serve on rice chips, rice crackers or thin slices of cucumber, and top with more green chives, if desired.
For this salmon appetizer, you will need the following ingredients:
- half a cup of flour
- a cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh or dried dill, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter or melted margarine
- a pinch of salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 chopped green onions (3 tbsp)
- a cup of crushed smoked salmon
- a cup and a half of cheese
- a cup of fresh, finely chopped spinach
- Heat the oven. Lay an aluminum foil in a medium-sized tray. Grease the foil generously.
- Mix flour, milk, dill, butter, salt, eggs and onions until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour the mixture into the pan. Sprinkle with salmon. Bake without covering for 15-18 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
- Sprinkle immediately over the cheese and spinach. Roll, starting with a narrower end, using the foil in the tray to lift and roll. Cut into diagonal slices salmon appetizer and arrange them on a plate.
CHEESE ROLL WITH SMOKED SALMON
Cheese roll with cream cheese was my aunt's successful recipe. This time I prepared it with smoked salmon & # 8230 I won't tell you how it is, I'll let you taste it, then let me know if you liked it very or very much!
1 small cheese wheel -200 g
250 g cream cheese
200 g smoked salmon

Mix the cream cheese with the finely chopped dill and horseradish and freshly ground pepper (I did not add salt because the salmon is salty, and the cheese also contains salt). Boil water in a pot. When the water boils we put the cheese in a bag that we tie at the end, then we put it in the water. We take the pot off the heat, but the cheese stays in hot water for 15-20 minutes - until it melts completely. We then take it out of the bag and spread it on a foil in a rectangular shape, while it is still warm.
Put the cream cheese over the cheese sheet, then put the salmon slices.
Roll with foil and let the roll cool for a few hours, or overnight. Then we can slice it and serve.
Spinach roll with salmon and cream cheese
Spinach roll with salmon and cream cheese from: spinach, eggs, sour cream, flour, butter, salt, pepper, salmon, cream cheese.
- 1/2 kg of spinach
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml sour cream
- a tablespoon of flour
- 25 g butter

Method of preparation:
Melt the butter in a pan and place the spinach for 3 minutes. Then remove from the heat, add sour cream, egg yolks and flour. Mix to taste the salt and pepper.
Mix the spinach mixture and beat the egg whites. Then add to the spinach mixture.
Bake paper in the baking tray of the stove, pour the spinach dough and spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove on a baking sheet and roll, allowing to cool in this way.
Roll out the roll, fill it with cream cheese over which the salmon is placed. Transfer to a cling film that rolls tightly around the ends and refrigerates overnight.

300 gr cream cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 sachet of jelly (10 gr)
Rub 200 gr of cream cheese with sea salt and white pepper to taste. Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and add half of the quantity. Homogenize and spread the cream over the salmon in a thin layer.
We scoop out the avocado core, sprinkle it with lemon juice and pass it with a fork so that the pieces remain. Mix it with the remaining 100 gr cream cheese and season with sea salt and white pepper. Add the other half of the gelatin and mix well.
Spread the mixture over the cream cheese.
Roll tightly with the foil and tighten well at the ends.
Bread roll with cream cheese and salmon
An appetizer roll is a great choice for an occasion when you have guests and you don't know what to prepare faster. It looks spectacular on set, it is delicious, quick and easy to make. You can prepare it without being a special occasion, and enjoy it as a snack, breakfast or you can take it with you, because it is very good and cold.
- slices of wholemeal or black bread
- 250 g cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 150 g smoked salmon
You need a sliced bread with an airy and elastic texture. It is ideal to use french toast bread, so that all the slices have the same shape and size.
Cut the crust into slices of bread and place them on a work surface, side by side. The edges of the slices of bread should overlap slightly. Spread with a rolling pin so that the slices of bread blend together.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream, finely chopped dill, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the slices of bread. Place the smoked salmon slices and start rolling as tight as possible.
