On Sunday I returned from vacation (part two of vacation), spent in Moldova. And on the way home, at Piatra Fantanele, I bought a 5 kg raspberry bucket. I mixed some of it, I also made a Pavlova (//retete/pavlova-cu-zmeura-24442.html) and from the rest of about 3 kg I made raspberry jam, very good, very fragrant, the only inconvenience being the seeds quite annoying.

  • -3 kg raspberries
  • -1.5 kg of sugar
  • -juice from a lemon

Preparation raspberry jam:

Raspberries are washed carefully because raspberries and berries in general are very delicate and easily crushed. It is best to put small amounts of fruit in a strainer and then immerse it in a bowl of cold water.

Add the sugar and leave until the next day, during which time the sugar melts. Bring to the boil, remove the foam, add the lemon juice and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring constantly. We put the jam in sterilized jars and cover the bottles with beds until the next day.
